Jameson MarvinJameson N. Marvin is the music director of the Jameson Singers.

He was most recently the director of choral activities at Harvard University, where he oversaw six choirs and conducted the Harvard Glee Club, the Radcliffe Choral Society, and the Harvard-Radcliffe Collegium Musicum.

Dr. Marvin’s mastery of the choral art is reflected by his distinguished national reputation as a conductor, teacher, author, performance scholar, editor, composer, and arranger. Raised in Glendale, California, he received the BA degree in Music Composition from the University of California, Santa Barbara; the MA in Choral Conducting and Early Music Performance from Stanford University; and the DMA in Choral Music from the University of Illinois. The Boston Globe hails Dr. Marvin as “a musician of consummate mastery.”
